Colere will perform a recital for an historic classical music organization in Memphis. Featured on the program is the world premiere of Kian Ravaei’s new work for saxophone quartet, Before Memory.
Colere will provide a prelude and liturgical music for First United Methodist Church’s Sunday morning service in Jonesboro, Arkansas. Selections will include an original anthem setting by Brian Henkelmann of “Let Us Break Bread Together” and a performance of Hans-André Stamm’s Suite for Saxophone Quartet and Organ.
Colere will perform a recital for the First Presbyterian Church of Jonesboro, Arkansas. The concert will feature new and traditional works of saxophone quartet repertoire, including Kian Ravaei’s new saxophone quartet, Before Memory.
Past Events
Colere performed an evening concert at St. Anastasia Catholic Church in St. Augustine, Florida as part of the Let There Be Music Concert Series. The program, entitled “Across Time and Place” highlighted the flexibility of the saxophone and featured a variety of works from different time periods and parts of the world.
Colere was featured on the Brookings Chamber Music Series as part of the North American Saxophone Alliance Region 3 Conference at South Dakota State University in Brookings, South Dakota. In addition to the performing on the featured opening concert, Colere adjudicated the conference’s quartet competition and served as masterclass clinicians for collegiate saxophone quartets.
Colere featured as guest artists at Southwestern Oklahoma State University’s Saxophone Day.
Colere Quartet performed Guillermo Lago’s The Wordsworth Poems at the 2024 North American Saxophone Alliance National Conference at Oklahoma State University.
Colere Quartet presented a masterclass for students in the saxophone studio at Arkansas State University.
